STEP&TONE – a cardio training which focuses primarily on burning calories (approx. 500kal/h). The session is structured in two modules: the first part consists of cardio exercises while the second is aimed towards specific muscle groups workout. Naturally, to accompany the physical activities, to improve program efficiency and to ensure a high-spirited pace, the class follows an upbeat, energizing musical background. STEP&TONE helps you keep slim, toned and physically fit, but is also an efficient ally in preventing cardiovascular diseases.
PILATES – series of exercises that ensure a full-body workout. The program improves flexibility, coordination and balance, while developing strength and muscular endurance. Pilates classes are accessible and can be attended by every person, regardless of age or physical condition.
ABT – Abdominals, Buttocks & Thighs – The ABT class focuses specifically on the well-known „problem areas”: abdomen, buttocks and thighs. This program will help you burn calories, develop muscle tone and improve physical appearance, through specific exercises for the targeted areas.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training – The HIIT program, as the name suggests, focuses on various techniques performed with a high level of intensity, to ensure a maximized physical effort during a limited time frame. This workout is based upon body-only exercises (training using solely your body weight) or very light weights.
